Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information GG Media ("we", "us") collects through ggmediahq.com and our internal publishing tools, how we use it, and the choices you have. GG Media runs Patch Notes Daily, Gem Mint Daily, Parlay Daily, Sneaker Daily and GG Media HQ. Questions? Email wally@ggmediahq.com.

Information we collect

  • Email signups. If you sign up for a "Notify me" alert or our newsletter, we collect your email address and use it only to send those updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Messages you send us. If you contact us by email or through a form on this site, we keep what you send so we can reply.
  • Orders. If our store is open and you place an order, we collect the details needed to process and deliver it: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you provide it, and what you ordered. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers. We share your name, shipping address and order contents with our production and fulfillment partner only to make and ship your order.
  • Site usage. Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which uses cookies and collects standard analytics such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location. We use this only to understand how the site is used. See Squarespace's Privacy Policy.
  • Live scores and lines. Our scores, lines and tracker pages load public sports data in your browser. We don't collect personal information through them.

YouTube API Services

GG Media's internal publishing tool, GG Media Publisher, uses YouTube API Services to upload our own videos to our own YouTube channels, schedule when they go public, set their thumbnails and confirm which channel is connected. It isn't offered to the public and doesn't access anyone else's YouTube account or data.

By watching our videos or interacting with our channels on YouTube, you're also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

What data the tool uses: the Google OAuth sign-in token for each of our own channel accounts, the basic channel details needed to confirm the right channel (channel ID and name), and the video IDs and links of the videos we upload. It does not collect data about viewers or other YouTube users.

How it's stored: tokens and channel details are kept in private, owner-only files on our own server. They are never printed, shared, sold or used for any other purpose. We keep them only while the tool is in use and delete them when access is no longer needed.

Revoking access: any connected Google account can remove the tool's access at any time from the Google security settings page.

Deletion requests: email wally@ggmediahq.com and we'll delete the data described above.

How we use information

We use the information above to send the updates you asked for, answer your messages, fulfill orders, publish our shows and improve the site. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it except with the service providers named in this policy, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from any email using the link in that email, or by emailing us.
  • Ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing wally@ggmediahq.com.
  • Control cookies through your browser settings.

Age

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. Parlay Daily content is for adults 21+ only. Gambling problem? Call 1-800-GAMBLER.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above.
